Bill Walters - ABA Creative Web Services
William C. Walters began his career in 1969, when he joined the United States Air Force. He remained on active duty until 1975. In 1975 he entered the defense industry as a communications engineer. He left his employer after 15 years to become an entrepreneur. In 1995, with a friend, he formed Albuquerque Business Alliance, Inc. that now does business as ABA Creative Web Services.

ABA Creative Web Services supports law enforcement agencies, military personnel and all public servants by offering in kind web sites to both Black and Gray Angels and Crime Stoppers NM. Bill also serves on the board of directors for Crime Stoppers NM.
